David Umholtz was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He studied art at Kutztown State College, PA, and at the University of Pennsylvania. Umholtz now resides on Deer Island, New Brunswick and works as a full time printmaker. He has exhibited in many countries including Canada, USA, Poland, Germany and Australia.
